For Leather, generally only high quality Leg. Shade armours have some value; plain leather practically never , with the exception of Peerlesses (mainly for future Peerless Cores).
And possibly Reinforced ones, at least at low level.

EDIT: this one can be salvaged for a Legendary Armour Core, which at current market evaluation is between 10k-15k ... future prices may vary widely, when final mechanics for Cores will be known.
