Best staff for Electric mage doing Arenas.

Magic Dmg & Spell Dmg are not topnotch, but good enough especially for the level. Very good PABs.

Excellent for a starter mage, without any doubt. Auctionable also if you prefer (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)
