Isekai spaghetti rob @iwbth gave me a legendary clear bonus again. Feels like it happened like 2 weeks ago already. Weird.

Legendary Cobalt Force Shield of Dampening

Thinking about using it. Block isn't the best, but literally everything else is nice (as in SDE, dampening). And really how much is 2% less base block actually mattering? In isekai I have a high block (91%) mag SDE force shield, and it does its job just fine, while this legendary still has a slightly higher block.

My persistent is a leg with 1.6 higher base block, as in 84% in legendary range, but it's DEA and protection. Would definitely be curious what's better.
