The only nice thing about it is the fact that it is Peerless, sadly. However such a low level Peerless is quite rare to see, so that might give it some value to a collector. Otherwise it's bad. Ethereal is the worst prefix for a staff, Earth-Walker is the worst suffix for Oak.
