Its a higher tier roll. I've never used it for non-FoS turn ins.

they're also the annual toplist award, so there should be something like 175 of them this year

My Tenbora boxes were all from back when you got them for getting a toplist award (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

They don't guarantee a Legendary item, but you have a pretty high chance of getting one (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

If I understand 0,82 patch notes correctly, they will drop Leg AT MINIMUM postpatch. So people that held onto them are in better situation that those who didn't.

How's the stat? I can't see its base stat since popup calculated based on my level, thus I can't compare.
