If you are not going to use them, I recommend that you auction them, you may get more than 200k credits if you are lucky.

But currently not, equipment with the suffix slaughter has constantly appeared, which considerably lowered the value of other heavy equipment with suffixes that are not slaughter. It is that simple, everyone is going to want to buy the equipment whit sufix slaughter, nobody is going to pay much attention to the other suffixes when this happens.

My main weapon is a store bought Exquisite Ethereal Katana of Slaughter. I was so happy to see this in the store and I bought it instantly to use with a wakizashi of the nimble. I've done okay using mostly the exquisite weapons and magnificent armors everyone else rejected and sold to the store. But I do notice that fights are taking longer and monsters are hitting harder and every now and then a perfect storm hits and they force Spark to be activated.

BlueWaterSplash can tell this user why at his level it is time to start changing his fighting style for other better, also tell him the reason why the title of Dovahkin (or how it is spelled) should be changed to that of godslayer.

Also tell him that he has a very good Legendary grade piece to start playing in the one-handed fighting style.

Those are some top tier power equipment drops. I don't play Niten style though so I don't know if heavy or light is better, but generally you can choose to use either (as long as you don't mix heavy and light).

You should look for a better katana to buy. You should probably be using all legendary at this point. If you want a top quality legendary ethereal katana you might consider selling those gloves, but you should be able to find and get a low or medium rolled legendary ethereal katana from someone practically for free.

Search around the forums or in past auctions.

(I'm not the type to insist on a certain style. I think many styles can work very well. If he does want to try the standard 1H style, both those power pieces are amazing for it. And they can also work for other styles.)

(IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) But Niten Blue? he have a much better chance of surviving playing the 2-handed fighting style with the other weapons than with that fighting style. Also that fighting style is faster than Nitten.

common consensuous is to use 1H style since more efficient.

while niten may still be a viable style, you may want to look for a better katana. apart for low stats, lack of DEX is quite bad. that IW is decent, but there's the chance O5B4 would be more reliable.
as for offhand, i'd probably go with either nimble or balance. given your level, probably nimble - and if you go that route, check parry, DEX and AGI.
armors, personally i think all the AGI coming from niten would work well with shade, but you should test around a bit yourself. and yep, those gauntlets are a very solid item. all those power and shade items you posted are good for a test build, actually. the rest are just salvage fodder.

as for your title, i heard niteners may take advantage from FRD skill, and if quick enough that may result in sort-of a perma-stun AoE battle. if you cannot do that, then fall back to godslayer for bonus DMG and evade

For me Niten is very balance. Sometimes monsters push me on valley of death, and i got Cure. I dont try any others style since i passed over level 200. And now, in Arena Dany's son, it's quite SLOW to clear a stage, but it's still fine up to now.
