It might be the reverse, actually. I've noticed this issue recently also, with people telling me their items are 0% but the wiki has them around 50%.

There is always an issue of people not knowing the legendary minimums because they need to be found through brute force. Furthermore, the absolute minimums and maximums are impossible to be found because the PXP0 component makes them rarer. In practice we find the maximums only because of peerless equipment.

I don't use any interface script but as I've been observing the last couple years, I think the ones that people use are designed to purge Lmin data if the equipment is more than a couple years old, even if they are current version equipment.

So the Lmins are rising over time for various equipments, even though they shouldn't be. What I do personally is take the minimum of Lmin from wiki data, script, or whatever equipment I've seen that I know is valid.

Rapier Lmin is one of the few most questionable data though, as the wiki has them really low and the scripts have way higher Lmin. But I still go by the wiki because even if it came from the short broken time period, those might actually be the true current Lmin for a total dud with min PXP0, though we will never see it.

Those who have 50% while it should be around 0%, simply still have the defective values of the bugged power armor that were generated prior to idontrememberwhich patch.

The last version of LPR and HV Toolbox have the right values. The wiki may be wrong regarding these: I haven't taken the time to update them, and I won't anyway.

That's the other explanation, similar to what I was talking about with the seemingly incorrect rapier Lmin in the wiki. But the power armor Lmin seen in the wiki don't seem that wrong to me (not ridiculously low). And I've seen in the past that the commonly used scripts decided to over time throw away Lmin in equipments to which I saw and have the links to somewhere, and equipments which I believe came after the short broken time period.

Also sometimes I saw people post a really bad quite modern Lmin equipment with recent item number, and there's really no reason to exclude it, but the script crawler engine or whatever never noticed it.

Aside from that, when we see all these guys such as garrabar and others keep dropping recent 0% or 1% equipments, it suggests the script's minimum is wrong.

But I'm not sure. Someday we should try again to figure out certain aspects of the PXP0 stat formulas vs bazaar prices and things a little better, it might help clear this up. Parts of the formulas are known but not all, I think.

Someone's script showed 0% adb, but it looks like near 50% adb to me going by the wiki, and I don't think the wiki values are unreasonable in this case (comparing to other armor piece values, etc). Well maybe they are using the even more outdated script, plus this equipment is kind of old (but I don't think it reaches into that bad time period). I don't know.

The database should generally be trusted more than the equip ranges on the wiki - they were human-maintained and have not been updated or fixed in a very long time. There is plenty of room for human error to enter in there - the ADB minimum for non-slaughter power armor may be a pre 0.82 value (I strongly suspect so).

If this were not the case, you would regularly be seeing LPR marking power armors with negative ADB percentiles. I have not seen one yet.

That 57% is so bad it's actually 0%...seems about right.

I was using the wiki numbers, blissfully unaware that they're out of date. Really appreciate the heads up here.
