It's probably sell-able if you don't have high expectations on the price.

The equip calc spreadsheet really opened my eyes when I tried making everything: Legendary, Generated, Min scores, Fully Forged. There's definitely room for error but I think the spreadsheet uses the right formulas.

Assuming the formulas are right, the base stats of fully upgraded Legendary item stats* mean less.
Stats that cannot be upgraded like attack/cast speeds and critical damages are targets.
The prefix and suffix of equipment has the biggest impact on your stats. Of course, ADB/MDB and EDB matter a lot too.
Fully upgraded phase takes a lot of Crystallized Phazons though. At least you could save on a cheaper Legendary and used the saved money for the Phazons?

ADB is low, but level also is low. Stats are not very good though, except STR and AGI.

Not a bad piece, mainly due to level. I'd say use it if you need it, but don't soulfuse it. You will replace it at higher levels anyway, if you still play that style.

Too bad the market for elemental staffs is basically dead now, still worth 1-2mil each though

Quite a number of people seem to drop the exact same legendary equipment twice in a row, I've done it too. It's proof there is a bug in the drop algorithm! (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif)

My 3 peerless in a row was not bad evidence either (none since).

Legendary Fiery Axe of Slaughter

It's a problem endemic with random number generators. Its not exactly a "bug" but flaw in the entire concept. Fixing it would require creating an entirely new algorithm for "random" number generators.

Wow that is like nearly Peerless in every category. I guess you will replace your charged shoes with those? If you want charged you could have them on other pieces instead.

I will use them instead of my charged shoes in arenas (and non-imperil style), yes.

I will continue to use my curse-weaver shoes for fests. But as I get to high prof levels & higher DD levels, I want to keep the regular charged shoes on-hand to test what the cutoff is for CCW being better in fest.
