Tsukiko Tsutsukakushi dropped [Legendary Reinforced Leather Boots of Dampening]

RE, 2nd legendary from RE today. Hey, what is wrong with the game ? Why am i getting legendaries when not actively playing ? But whenever i actually play, i get nothing.

I think RE have a better chance of dropping legendaries, or it might just appear that way because they maybe drop equipment more often. I feel like I tend to get legendaries in spurts and I've noticed that on a few other players too. Like that time I got 3 peerless in a row, and I saw other people also get peerless in a row. I never got any since.
