Bazaaring it would be a waste. That thing is worth (way) more than your average rapier.
That's not because everyone is fighting over rapiers because of bandwagon, that everything else is shit.

Really, it deserves to be auctioned.

It's a pretty nice piece of gear. Crit Chance and Parry are over 80% and there is no stat under 46% (Accuracy).

PABs are either average or above it.

To be honest, I'd consider keeping it for myself. You won't get many of those and if you're lucky with the IW, you'll have a damn good piece of steel. Or ether.

Or Stygian Steel.
