In theory you will get one eventually, but it is indeed likely that it won't be anything amazing. I would take a Peerless Axe over either of my Peerless drops though, regardless of the modifiers. In my case Peerless drops are not really something that I keep hoping for, they are just too random and usually worthless anyway.

I don't want to ruin your day, but you've gotta know that it's barely worth any more than a top-notch plain phase. The EDB is terrible, while it's the main focus of a Phase, whatever its prefix.
