My first Peerless drop, from 8th round of To Kill a God arena. I saw a glimpse of "Peerless Jade" before the next round, so I knew it wasn't going to be amazing, but this is just disappointing (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

The Peerless drops are pretty random indeed. Some players have even had Peerless drops worth selling before level 300 while others are level 400+ with no Peerless drops.

I was happy to be over the "no Peerless drops" with my first drop though, in this case I'm mostly happy that my Peerless Drops Log now has more than one line (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

I'm one of those who are still waiting for it BTW. I'm betting for an Axe or a Craptalox.

In theory you will get one eventually, but it is indeed likely that it won't be anything amazing. I would take a Peerless Axe over either of my Peerless drops though, regardless of the modifiers. In my case Peerless drops are not really something that I keep hoping for, they are just too random and usually worthless anyway.
