i would probably value that at around 1 mill, you may have more interest in it though because of its level. the most important stats for that staff are MDB, EDB, and Prof. all are low except EDB which i would rate the second most important stat on the staff.

though you might be able to squeeze a bit more money out of it if some lvl 300 players are really interested in it.
