My fifty-fifth Legendary drop ever. This came from a PFUDOR Flying Spaghetti Monster.

This is the highest base ADB I've ever seen on non-Slaughter boots. The base ADB from the above boots is 13.20 while the base ADB from the 0.82 Peerless Savage Power Boots of Protection is only 12.86. Farewell 0.82 power armor, I knew thee briefly.

PS: - Corrected ADB range for power armor. (As the only armor that previously dropped with Slaughter, the conversion to the new loot engine didn't properly account for a slot modifier that weapons do not have. That is, it was based on helmets, not the body.)

Maybe there's some misunderstanding. "crapshoot" does not mean that it's all crap. It's a reference to a game of craps. It means that it's random, out of my control, and that there's no skill involved.

My reference to luck is that none of my drops really smell like jackpot or were upgrades for me. Y'know, matching/nice prefix/suffix, peerless, etc.

As for the rate that I'm getting legendary drops, based on my raising one level per day, I think you wouldn't be disappointed by my difficulty x rounds cleared.
