Using the bazaar pricing to judge the actual prices of equipment is not a good idea, they are not very related. Especially because bazaar pricing is affected by drop condition, so varies randomly by 1x to 2x factor. Also leathers and shades sell for the most to the bazaar because light armors have 4 pabs. Shades will sell for 2x more than leather either because rare tiers sell for more, or because they have attack/more stats, not sure which.

People often complain when they get leather drops, but hey if it's going to be a crap it might as well be a leather because the bazaar will pay you the most for it.
