Right after I dropped my first peerless I cranked up my Luck of the Draw to 22/25 in case I would drop another one. It happened. Guess I get one peerless every two weeks now, more common than legendary. But I never got a pony in seven years!

Gratz, but Luck of the Draw has nothing to do with quality of equipment drops I guess. That's just your luck.

Yes Uncle you are right about that, and by quality of equipment I mean Peerless, Legendary, Magnificent and so on

Nobody knows exactly what is included in "Rare Drops"
Powers, phases are, but I don't think peerless is included in rare that LoTD implies. The quality drop and stats roll have nothing to do with it.

Oh, okay. Just one last commend from me. Peerl is unique in the way that it is not affected by anything that would otherwhise influence the quality. Afaik every single equipment drop has the really very small chance to be a peerl. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)
