True, the cost of IW depends upon the player and his clear speed, hath perks, free time, and playing habits (willingness to use energy drinks). If you feel like IW is just the natural location to visit after clearing arenas, then you could consider the IW cost free.

But even if that is the case, it still doesn't hurt to finish that club (slowly at your convenience). Because if it finishes well, someone may want to buy it. This includes me. :)
