protip: in such cases, you can also send the item free and a potion with the pending cod. this way the user may be able to take advantage of the item immediately - particularly useful in case it could allow him to pay the debt a bit sooner.

It's almost an exact clone of this (29.74 parry, 31ish adb, 11.28 spell damage, but dex and agi of this are low, while mine are LMax) (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif)

First, go to price check thread, see if others also think that this gear is valuable. If the estimated price alow you to do much more by selling it than by keeping it, I advice you to sell it. Here we have two auctioners who can help you sell it. If the estimated price is only so-so. Well, you can keep it, soulfuse it, and use it until lvl 400 or something better comes along.

I think it is very difficult to get a better power armor until 300lv~.
1. Sell it now
2. Use it and sell it after get a better one
3. Soulfuse
If for me I would choose 2.

For your level, i will say yes.
For low level player(<300), spent credits to unlock training and hath perks are more important than buying an equipment.
