It's a waste to be ethereal if the burden of weapons under 7.
Holy/Dark with hollow forged and feather works the same and get the expected IW result easier.

Yeah, I have a Leg Balance Waki and I noticed this one goes down to only 90% strike when equipped, but with upgrading that could get better.

at your level and with full upgrade you may reach 94~95. but main reason to go with a balance should be more crit

Nah. Why should you have to use shards every time.
(and that's another reason I don't go mage...infusions, scrolls and whatever)
