What do you mean by same element?

If you're talking about the prefix and suffix, those have nothing to do with each other. The prefix just marks increased resistance to a specific element and is largely irrelevant. The suffix marks the actual spell damage bonus, so that's really the main thing that matters.

Yep, staffs are all about matching suffix/prefix/type and prefix/type destruction.

Prefixes for clothes are Radiant > or = Charged >>> Mystic > Frugal > everything else.
