1000+ IW Hell rounds, and the only network cards I've got are the ones I bought from VriskaSerket.

It may just be the placebo effect, but I've found it helps to go through a bunch of different items, rather than going through the same item over and over and over again.

I'm thinking this, and others like it, are troll accounts to steal from others. Most people will use CoD, but inevitably some will not and those items will be stolen. There's no reason to make a fake account for WTS/WTB unless you are trying to hide your identity, and there's no reason to hide your identity unless you're engaging in unscrupulous activity.

Proxy selling for people who don't speak English and/or don't have enough items to run a shop or auction themselves is common and doesn't require permission. #176935 could be a regular proxy seller with very limited English skills.

Likewise it's not impossible that #177399 is a legit group buy for a bunch of people who don't speak English.

I have trouble believing that particular one is a legit group buy. At the prices offered, the group would be spending 77 million credits for the server parts alone. If I was doing a proxy buy, I don't think I would pick someone who had been on HV for about two weeks and was still level one for my proxy.

Though if I am wrong, I will be happily surprised.
