Please help me!

For weeks, whenever i've tried to log in on e-hentai it tells me that my account does not exist.

I find this strange as i'm able to stay logged in on my phone.
Password resets do not help, nor does re-activating the account as it again only tells me the account does not exist.

What gives?

Make sure that you are using your correct log in name.
Check here in forums. It is showing like this: "Logged in as: username ( Log Out )"

I am using the correct username.
I validated this when it first told me the password was incorrect, and once i've entered the correct password it told me the account does not exist.

I've also triple-checked the spelling to be sure.

Do you use a password manager add-on ?

Try clearing your cookies and then try to login again.

The login username is different from the display name, e.g. i do not login as "blue penguin" but as the username I choose when registering (which is my email address).

Are you sure you're not using the display name by mistake?

If you've ever used autofill, your browser's options will have the username/password stored in a list.

Tried logging on to e-hentai on internet explorer after i'd deleted all web history includong cookies.

I've tried using all e-mail adresses i have and it tells me.everytime that i need to register an account before logging in.

When i tried registering with the e-mail thats linked to this account it tells me that i cant register more than one account per e-mail adress per account.

I'm at my wits end.

Now i've tried logging on with an enterily different computer.
Nothing works.

This is clearly not an issue from my end.
How do i get in to contact with moderators and such?

I'm having the same issue. When I try to log onto e-hentai, it tells me my account doesn't exist. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

The only person who can deal with accounts is Tenboro, the site's owner.

I cant send him pm's for some reason. Can someone ask him to take a look at this thread?

Seems i solved this problem.
I uninstalled Chrome, then cleaned with CCleaner, deleted all Google Chrome folders in users, then cleaned with CCleaner again. I installed Chrome (without app and extensions sync) again along with the extension. Now it works.

Like i said, i've even used an entirely different computer with no luck.
Tenboro has contacted me now though, so hopefully this will be resolved soon.

The fix is to talk to Tenboro - it's likely he and only he can assist with problems like this.
