I just would like to know how Tarte Tartin taste?

It's similar to apple pie, but it's more about the apples than the crust. The apples are in big caramelized slices, so you get to taste so much more of the fruit.

^ @Kuoo As for Tarte Tartin I'll definitely eat it if I get chance to do that. Also @meow_pao thanks for explanation.

Okay, so Sachertorte is actually Austrian.

Incidentally, there are two "official" versions of Sachertorte -- one made by Hotel Sacher (shown here) and another made by Demel (where it actually was first made), both in Vienna. I went to the latter to try it out, and it was pretty good. You also get to watch the Demel staff through glass as they go about preparing the cakes, which I found neat.
