I think the fatty pasta I ever ate:
Pasta: handmade lombrichi
Sauce: milk cream and butter, lot of butter
Other ingridients: Sausages, walnuts, red pepper, arugula, shaved pecorino and a melted sliced scamorza on the top (here it was already eaten)
