I'm a newbie here.....I tried playing 2 days ago and got myself to lvl 5.....then when I tried playing again today....my level is back to lvl 1. Though at the front page it clearly stated that my Henjutsu lvl is 5.....Is this normal? Is there something I have to do first or something? I read the wiki and no mentioning this.....

You have more than one account, I'd say.

Which is bad and against the rules.

Oh I see, is there a way to delete the account? The first time I register is for looking into what it's about, so I used a dummy email. The second time is using my real email. This is my habit to avoid spam emails. But if there is no other way....then I guess I'm just not meant to play it.

Stop using the account you registered that is the only way to delete it.
It is against the rules use only one account.

Similar problem. Made a new account cuz I didnt have access to old email (new paper sheet!!)

Advanced fast from lvl 1 to 15 str, then grinded to around lvl21. I had some boots on and glove.
2 days ago I bought exquisite items from shop with all my credits.

Today when I logged the homepage showed lvl 21, the game says lvl9. No items.
30 minutes in, homepage now also shows lvl9.
Forum here says lvl 21.

Anyway, I've regained access to the older account, but I can't find any button to disable or delete accounts.
Haven't used the second account in under an year and there's also the first ever account, which was lvl30 in HV, for over 2 yrs
Im never gonna guess that one though, the login=/=display name & contained numbers x_x, yahoo pass out of reach.

There doesnt seem to be any delete account button present, so whats the inactivity period :> ?

There is no delete account button, it does not exist.

Try PM tenb

Yeah I think PMing the admin/s is the best course of action you can take now.
