As stated earlier, he got to give cheap hath, a lot. Often enough to make me lose count. That would be the reason people makes him save hath by posting 23h59min after the last comment. Because they know that hath will be sent on bounties, where people actually deserve it.
however people, seriously, this is in AP's interest as well. i already saw a few times that mods told to shoprunners to lower the number of bumps in their threads. it's even written in the WTS rules (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif)

If that's the case then he should probably extend the amount of waiting time to get hath, since even if we don't comment every 23:59, there would still be one every 24 hours.

I do believe what I wrote. People in general are hypocrites. They prefer taking out the one that keeps grabbing the reward since most of them knows they will either never have them or get countered by someone posting a minute early.
I've seen it happen once before. I've seen it happen quite often lately. People are determined to keep posting. Not to bump, but rather to be almost by taking the reward out of someone right before he grabs it. I can see several people had gone for the 10000 Credit 10-hath bundle, sometimes even some for several days in a row.
Now that's out, atomicpuppy, just notch up the time a little for cheap and free hath to 36 and 72 hours instead of 24 and 48. At least that way, unless someone clearly prepares it, they shouldn't be able to claim more than a day in a row. (And for those that want to "help saving hath", they can post once per day instead of actually maintaining a conversation. I'm feeling a bit like an hypocrite here though.)

however yes, if you look at the past... let's say 35 pages or so? what's in there? quite hilarious, i saw a certain comment in between this 23h59m rule saying that AP could change his title or so, and probably someone else talked about the weather and what he ate that same day. but shitton of people saying 'nobody will grab hath today' or so.
as i already told AP in private, this is becoming quite grotesque. his shop, his rules clearly and i saw myself all the bounties he supported or is still supporting - but i remember even us at freeshop were warned a couple of times not to go too much off-topic, even if we adopted the politic of speaking in public how to deal with the account

Yeah... I don't think you'll get an answer from him anytime soon. He most likely gave up on this thread. (And for that reason, he will most likely have to pay mechafujoshi 20 haths per day, because mecha is too stubborn to give a chance to anyone else.)
