If you compare with a 40 % or more block-chance legendary force shield, yes. But it's still worth.

And actually I don't need anything at all other then Peerless Rapier, Peerless force Shield and Mag-Peerless power slaughter armor (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) (maybe some other stuff when for my other sets when I'm ready)

yep. M+1 block and all MMax PABs. it would have been a good choice for someone who hasn't a big budget and is still relying on EMax upgraded shield
