I can't believe i'm posting this, oh well, This is the chronology :

- One friend of mine with nick hibiki23, came and asked me for help about the bounty system.
- I gave him a short tutorial, about claiming bounty and supplied him with the credits he'd be needing so he could claim Marien's bounty at this link https://e-hentai.org/bounty.php?bid=11158
- And when he wanted to claim it, the rank requirement said it had to be Rank A.
- So, with hibiki23 permission , i tried to do a proxy claim, so i could give the reward to hibiki23 later.
- Hibiki23 also gives his explanation to Marien about that.

I think there is a need for "re-dispute" feature in the bounty system , just in case, the bounty poster is wrongly dispute it and putting a lie in the dispute comment. Just like what Marien did.

I don't hate Marien in all this, I know he's a MILF lover, but his action this time is somewhat disappointing that he'd go that low just to lie so he could dispute the claim.

Why would I give a bounty he deserves to you? Did you buy and upload it? He said in a PM he didn't need the bounty so rather than just canceling it I tried to "pause" it by setting it to Rank A and making a note, "on temporary hiatus." Then you come along and claim it because wow, you're Rank A now. *facepalm*

There doesn't need to be a re-dispute feature [it's pending moderator intervention, a re-dispute would be redundant]. Just don't try to make 'proxy' claims without any notice from who you're doing it on behalf of. Lowering the rank for him was all that needed to be done. That's how this works when you want to prevent troll accepts/claims.

"Proxy claiming" defeats the whole purpose of having rank requirements in the first place.
Either contact the original poster or a moderator (ie, Tenboro)

If the claimant has problem claiming, he can always ask the bounty owner (Marien) to lower the rank requirement. This term "proxy claiming" you were using suggests that you're trying to swindle credits from either hibiki23 or Marien.

I actually chatted with Hibiki23 on my blog and I think he is legit (not a Goatie troll account). He said he was from Peru.

My understanding is that Goat makes friends with people whom their native language is not English (also note that Goat himself is not very fluent in English nor Japanese for that matter). This is why he can get away with translations filled with grammar and spelling errors.
