i think if you auction/sell off the Leg & good Mags, you can recapture a good chunk of your 40M. in fact, maybe even a small profit.

Oak with Hallowed is hard to get.
Redwood with Surtr is 2x more than other element Strike.
Ethereal is sick in numbers.(all kind of staffs)
Demonic and Hallowed Strike is rarer than other element Strike.(all kind of staffs)
