It's image set collection for HV made by Pickled Cow as you can see.
Maybe someone can make a script with using this, pre-authorized by Picked Cow himself, of course? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

He doesn't need to authorize anything since i assume he didn't include a license.

Hell, if they have the time and dedication, they should just make an UI that completely eliminate graphics to speed things up

Maybe the term "authorization" has legal implications I'm not aware of but I'm looking at what he wrote and it basically says people can use his art for the hentaiverse and nothing else.
