So using a mouse is not an option? I couldn't imagine having to use fingers instead of a fast precise mouse if I wanted to use a computer with any reasonable efficiency.
Touch makes good sense for devices with limited UI potential, like some phones, or for when fast precision isn't important, like with ebook readers, but I don't see how it would be preferable for someone sitting down at an actual computer - especially for games where precise UI is important for efficiency (which is nearly all of them, including HV). Unless of course it's a company thing and there's no other option.
Is the UI/browser is configurable enough for stuff like Spellspam to work?
If I were stationary, yes, a mouse would work.
I disagree with HV being precision based, but that's another discussion all together.
It's a full computer so I can run any browser, but I doubt any of those scripts would work with touch due to the very nature of hovering

Just fuck off,
if you want software to become a 1984 like monitoring system do that for yourself not to others.
You clearly lack comprehension.
