We would already have the patch if not for the the persistent whining about the equipment revamp.

Ramp up the quality on equipment drops so that Peerless can be reasonably self-obtained with max quality bonus (PF, max LotD, 100+ rd), but make ALL Peerless be account bound. Everything legendary and below unbound.

That would actually make HV interesting again.

I'd guess you were posting more frequently in the past. You need to make a post every 3 days for the maximum Dawn bonus.

Maybe 100k+ rounds (100 GF), else it will be way too easy for the top clearers to get one every few days? Even that could be too much, given how fast some can go...

If many more players get Peerless, I'd be afraid of power creep, and then people would be demanding for super-Peerless because many at the top would have maxed-out P gear and there's nowhere farther to go.

Some people can already clear PFest without full sets of Peerless, so there's no chance of that happening unless tenboro adds some mode or difficulty that's much more challenging than what we have now.

Mage killer: Defending monsters also have 25% chance to resist debuffs and cannot be crit. Turtle ai defends until both meters are full, then uses both 50% skills and the spirit attack one after another.

Melee killer: Focusing also raises attack accuracy, with excess accuracy reducing the player's chance to block. Warrior ai defends every other turn, since the buff lasts at least two turns with enough speed, and focuses before using a skill or spell.

Everyone killer: At 50% spirit, monsters can activate spirit stance that lowers their mitigations, but boosts everything else. Spirit cost per turn depends on difficulty level. At pfudor, they get permament stance at 25% health.

RULES OF THIS EVENT

ALL PLAYERS IRRESPECTIVE OF THEIR STATUS will fight in HV arena AND ROB arena using buffs given by 10b sir and will have to pass / qualify for some event progression .

this will not only up the challenge on player side but 10B sir can evaluate the qualifying players by awarding them bonus which can be used by them to say boost there loot quality stat, token drop stat, cash magnet stat (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) .

REMEMBER this is ONLY FOR DURATION OF EVENT AND ITS EXPIRATION AND NOT IN NORMAL PLAY ROUTINE.

PS this is food for thought / my opinion. the counter abuse strategies are left to you guys

further more the buffs/potion awarded by 10b sir for "naked battler marathon" can be tweaked by him depending upon whether site contributors get more preference over normal HV players only or vice versa or a complex polynomial equation system that requires fast LQ factorization algorithm (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) .
