New patch, Added a new attribute: sense of shame.

And it will go down when your clothes are losing condition or you wear less clother.

When the sense of shame reach 0, you acquired 'Clothes Breached!' buff which largely increasesGaint\Mechanoid\Beast\Dragonkin\Daimon\Tentacle's damage against you.
