Hi there. Red_Piotrus asked me to help proofread if I had the time.

Let me know if there's any script in particular you want me to review. I can see here and on the other EHCOVE threads that a couple of other proofreaders are working on several scripts, and I don't want to step on any toes by taking on something that they're already reviewing.

For proofreading no one is actually in charge of any particular work unless if you're hired personally. Even if a script is already proofread, you can still do a little more proofreading for it and maybe pick up on things that others missed or add a few other suggestions. At least that's how it is for me, I'd be happier with a better script.

I do find it somewhat surprising, yes. I'd have think there would be quite a few Chinese-Americans here, for example. Now, I haven't advertised my need for a Chinese translator in the galleries; maybe I should try it.

For anyone curious, my English EHCOVE generic TL/editors/proofreaders ad gets someone to PM me every 2-3 months, and I have yet to get a single person to respond to my Japanese scanners needed ad.

I always get a "shot through the heart" feel when doing chapters like this. I'm not sure whether it's from jealousy or admiration, though (cries in a corner).

Man, doing the translating, cleaning, and typesetting all by myself is tiring, but it's all worth it when I can smile after reading the end of the chapter :)
