Since she's not eating anything, Momiji's mouth doesn't need to change, just stick with the original one will do.
Marisa doesn't need to vibrate like that.
The movement of the ears and hat tip is too fast, could you please tone it down a little slower?

You could add more stars after that and see how it looks like.

Also, please make the first frame filled with stars so that people that couldn't view APNG would see the stars as well.

The new APNG app I'm using (APNG Assembler 2.8) has an option make APNG compatible browsers skip the first frame for reasons like this.

I have good idea of what I'm going to make now.
-A 13 frame animated png with the first frame disabled.
-The disabled first frame will have 10 stars in view for non APNG compatible browsers.
-Momiji and Mari will have a 4 frames of looping animation composed of 3 sprites (Start, Middle, End, Middle)
-The stars will get 12 frames of looping animated, stars will streak across the banner from middle bottom to the top right with a spin to them.
-Frame rate will be decided post production.

1. Could you make another version where, Momi and Marisa's movements in the 12FPS version with the shooting stars of the 20 FPS version?

2. Please change a little of the arrangements of stars in the unanimated frame, to make it look like the ones in the animated one. Or arrange it like the one in my 1st post:

Yep, this speed is perfect.
The bigger stars are a little pixelated though, is there any way to fix that?

Again, something minor, regarding the static image.

I'd want something to look like the stars are shooting from the same trajectory as well.
Kinda like... small stars from the bottom left, to big stars to the right, kinda like how the animated ones look like.

I like some of the touches you've made here, but it's 9 pixels too wide. I don't know if this is a deal killer but all of the other ones are 150x26, the one you made is 159x26.
