Kept playing at Nintendo till I got to ~85 and then switched to IWBTH.

It was too hard and I kept getting terrible RNG at random enc. so right now I'm using Battletoads.

Normal, i tried hell in item world. They just seemed to have more hp and did a little more dmg, but wasnt much harder in terms of depth of rounds i could make.
