Currently I am Alternating between Hell (mid Level Arenas), Nintendo (low-Level Arenas, Grindfest) and nightmare (for Item World/High Level arenas)

I wouldn't be worried at your level. Good equipment would obviously help but it takes a long time (or lots of cred/hath) to get good stuff. As you get into higher levels you'll get access to and be able to improve several abilities to increase your survivability. For time efficiency, you might consider playing at even easier levels to speed things up (for longer arenas and grinds). The first few arenas, I'd suggest playing at the max level you're capable of for best chance of equip and other rewards.

Normal about 98% of the time.

PFUDOR, but I mainly just do hourlies, and maybe the 1st 2 arena challenges.

Can't do many of the later arena's except on normal/hard, and takes wayyy to long for me to do that even usually.

I try PFUDOR once in the arena (the 1st blood one) after years not playing this game(forgot to put any equip
(IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/anime_cry.gif) ) and get swiped in the 1st round, afterward I decide to stick on nintendo for grindfest and normal for high level arena and item world

IWBTH on random encounters, Normal for everything else.

PFUDOR for RE, Hell for Legendary IW, IWBTH for Exquisite-IW, and either Normal or PFUDOR for Arenas depending on the number of rounds or my goal.

For now I switch it between Hard - Battletoads and anything in between.

Normal, when I get stronger however... that EXP multiplier I must have. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif)
