QUOTE(EsotericSatire @ Jun 8 2014, 20:36) Please allow us to forge upgrade durability with mats. Beyond the existing forge system please, otherwise so-so durable equips become more durable, but high durability equips becomes even more durable, starting a war for the most durable armaments of them all. QUOTE(Colman @ Jun 8 2014, 20:37) Or trainning/hath perk reduce the durability consumption. I like the hath per better, but having both of them is even better. QUOTE(moonflow @ Jun 8 2014, 20:38) Uh, that's some massive change to my HV play! Err, the best would be to go swimming, earlier than intended, finger crossed that there will be some changes to the better till tomorrow. Patch day, no play. This is the vacation day until I and the rest of the players here have negotiated our terms with Snowflake's Master. This post has been edited by LostLogia4: Jun 8 2014, 14:43

Oh man, just when I thought my poor ass character couldn't get any poorer. Now I have to repair my equipment because of reasons. This is gonna drain my credits.

QUOTE(EsotericSatire @ Jun 8 2014, 14:36) Dear Tenboro,
Please allow us to forge upgrade durability with mats. Thanks.
Forging, no. But a stamina-like system would be good. Automatic recovery over time, even a slow one would be great (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Make it faster for newbies as well, I wanna add... only those who play and joined the forum, lest multi-accounting hell runs abound. This post has been edited by LostLogia4: Jun 8 2014, 14:51

Automatic recovery over time, even a slow one would be great (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) that would defeat the whole purpose of the credit sink. although, i do think scraps are a bit too expensive considering the prices of the other mats according to the minimum prices of the item shop bot. 40c apiece would make a bit more sense

Can we pretend this patch never came and we're still waiting for the real 0.80?

All good Tenboro, thanks. Haven't played a round yet, but the upgrade buton is annoying me: QUOTE(pentiuminside @ Jun 8 2014, 12:47) For some reason I can't get the The 'SHOW UPGRADES' -button to work with my custom font, it works only with the HV font engine (IMG:[ oi61.tinypic.com] http://oi61.tinypic.com/ay33w3.jpg) Can I suggest the following rephrase/reduction: QUOTE Select an equipment piece from the list to the left Then hit Show Upgrades below to show a list over Stats that can be upgraded.
Upgrades allow you to spend materials to boost The stats of your equipment. Upgrades require A binding that correspond to the stats you Wish to upgrade some materials and a catalyst Item of a tier corresponding to the equipment Quality and upgrade level.
Rare equipment types will also require a special Component to upgrade. This component is only Needed to increase the highest stat.
Leveling equipment to its highest potential by Upgrading it or leveling it in the Item World Will also unlock the ability to give it a custom Name from this screen. So it will show neatly even with custom fonts.

Thank you for the patch (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Just one question, will the various catalysts be offered as gifts by our monsters or dropped in battles? Otherwise, the repair cost and upgrading equipment will be daunting task for a new player and even some us older ones (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

I'm no Admin-kun, but nope afaik. on the other hand, mid-grade metals and wood becomes more valuable now. QUOTE(Tenboro @ Jun 8 2014, 20:17) I don't think they are deteriorating faster than they are supposed to?
The readout actually hides the last two digits, but every monster is supposed to remove exactly one point (1/100th visible), and I'm not seeing any indication that this isn't the case.
I tested that in a crude IW. http://hentaiverse.org/pages/showequip.php...;key=4875164755Starting with condition 225/225, I first tried adjusting it by killing monsters one at a time. Fortunately, it only takes 1 monster to make it drop to 224/225 (so it should be really close to 225). Then I start going through the IWs, noting the number of monsters I've killed. Each time I escaped when it reaches the final round (which shouldn't impact the condition since I didn't kill those monsters). And yet after 3 runs of 31, 30 and 31 monsters, the condition drops to 223/225. So there's something we're missing here, as it's more than 1/100 per monster killed. Casual play never have much credits to begin with. Most of the credits are generated by the hardcore players, who need to repair many times per day. With the current system, I doubt the new players can repair the gears from the free shop. Well, for me, and many other old (but not hardcore) players, monsters lab is the place that give income. Thanks for clarifying that one, varst.
My turn to edit: is it bugged somewhere between one run to the next or just higher than expected deterioration rate?
