I'm the kind of player who opts to never use resources at all, if possible. I'm stingy.

I just don't use scrolls, infusions, shards and the like.

In those three years I played mostly around Hell difficulty.

Still, I never managed to pile up more than 10K scrolls of a given kind.

You mean i should have upgraded only monsters with lot of END and choose the same random name for all of them? I already have 13 monsters 1590+ though playing on low difficulty is good for getting chaos tokens.

mine is no so fast,around 160-220ms, but it is enough for mages.

Only if youcare about Mobs only , you should do that.

I guess you also care the Equipment drop and others.
