Everything new is welcome, however there is still very little action in the game to keep me entertained. Also it is very hard to keep "pets", it could do with a little rework imo.

Yes, you're right... you don't need it to win, but you need top gear to play fast. I don't want HV to take too much time away from my beautiful real-life women. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) and the WC. I realized this year that I will only get to enjoy 12 or so WCs my entire life. Kinda sad actually.

if your weapon gains a new ability that it originally does not have, you cannot upgrade it in forge
otherwise iw and forge will be applied (multiplicatively?) together, most notable examples include butcher for melee weapon and archmage for staff

Their strategy seems to be like some of the others the difference is that they have Econ 5 and spellweaver 3 on their staff. High end willow with counter resist, econ 5, spellweaver 3, combined with frugal and charged legendary gear that is highly forged. I was wondering how useful attack speed was, pfudor was easy before the casting speed nerf/fix.

They also have a lot invested in hath perks (health, spirit, mana, regen, probably Æsahættr, and the proficiency perks), near max forging and IW with max juggernaut and a near max capacitor.


I suppose its not top gear because there's a slightly better wind mage with all frugal gear out there?

And all those just lets people do things faster. Given enough time we'd all end up in the same place. There's no "winning" in this.

Anyone having problems attaching equipment to MM? I can't seem to attach anything. Could it be because I'm at work (different IP address?)

edit: probably is the case..... Had to turn off wifi on my phone, then use MM on phone to send stuff..
