Isis is the Egyptian equivalent to Hera which is the Greek equivalent of Juno.
That is a misconception (brought on by Plutarch, I believe - he told many "new" facts about Greek myth - all of them false): Isis is the goddess Io in Greek Myth, which, as told by Ovid in the Metamorphosis, upon facing Zeus' (Jove/Jupiter) promise of love turned into a bird and flew away. Juno/Hera was Zeus' wife, not a "suitor" as Io/Isis almost was.
