The guy was screaming about how his tv stopped working, then he started singing like a virgin, tried to have a splash fight in his pool with a dog, yelled some more (couldn't understand him), then his neighbor sprayed him with a hose to get to him to shut the fuck up, and he was screaming like he was getting killed. Eventually he wore himself out/sobered up and took a nap on his porch. Quite a good show actually.

I doubt the drink was really the problem. It sounds like it was fuel to the fire though.
