If you'd stop smoking pot and stop acting like a retard, I might consider it. And linking stupid clips in your dumb posts aren't helping you any, either.

But those have gameplay elements where the strength of a character is increased in order to advance, as opposed to a communication tool where augmentations are used to give perks for active participation.

However, using your example, and this is just coming from my own experiences, as I can only speak for myself, I can converse equally well with a high levelled character to a lowbie wossname, but some people shun the lowbie, even if it is an experienced player with an alt due to the level, and fawn over the other because they can give them things, even if they aren't decent players and, in fact, leeched off the low alt to get their station.

I guess I just can't understand why someone would want status over personality, as the former can wither and the latter stays.

The answer lies in the fact that people lack the ability have a personality that isn't derived from status. Intelligence and creativity are a rare thing and very rarely do people see that as the makings of a decent human, or at the very least, one who has a good personality. People desire monetary things, like fame, power and money. People are willing to take such things when and where they can get them, whether it be from looking good and having people notice or to something trivial as power on a hentai forum site. Me, myself, I could care less of my power here and endeavor more to maintain my personality here.

I'm going to wildly pick an example and say Ragnarok online. Played that since the creation of the world (god or otherwise, i don't care, long ago for sure) And i can safely say i have gotten at least every mainline experience there is to get in that game, rendering me in the "higher leveled group", But most of my time i sit around in the main town, talking to people, randomly buffing the masses. People asked me why before, and keep doing so, since they share the statement of "you should be helping x party defeat y monster in z location.", to which i usually reply "but that's boring right now so i'd rather stay here and help out new folks and talk around a bit."

People will never stop asking, and i will never change the answer. If this (EH) were a successful mmorpg as aforementioned, i would end up in the same situation no doubt, because in my opinion, thats how games stay fun. It's no fun to be new to any game and end up being the cum bucket of the current server population (unless you're into that) but likewise it's no fun when you're automatically frowned upon once you reach a certain point where you have surpassed many others in terms of progress. People look at me in my +8 random assortment of armors and clothing, and they see someone that has archieved something. I look at people in +0 random assortments of rags and seaweed (or regular weed) and see purpose.
