I don't get much of that but, I will give you my opinion about what happened:
A. The torrent were there some time already, but under some other name, and you uploaded the doujins.(happened to me too, as I explain below)
A-1. Like I already experienced, the order of the galleries can sometime a mess. I uploaded some doujins too, and they sayd new next to them. I go out for a few secs, then go back in, and find it was already uploaded, and has torrents too. (It can be under some other name, or some other stuff that doesn't recognise it until you already uploaded it all.)
B. I have no Idea...

if it was "A" then that would have happened to me already several times considering the amount of doujins of the same anime that im uploading so i doubt thats the answer.

but im curious now. i might ask a few people who are veteran uploaders.

Someone saw your upload and decided to make download it and make it a torrent.

Wait, can anyone aside from the original uploader even do that?

Also, how do I make torrent files when I don't have any sort of user account with the various sites with trackers?

Anyone can make any torrent on anything uploaded to the galleries.

E-H has its own tracker.
