(IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Here it is [ www.download.com] http://www.download.com/TuneUp-Utilities-2...4-10206416.html, but it will be a trial until you get the serial... and I don't have the serials, sorry, that last part is something for wath I have been searching for ages... I find the ones until 2007, but, not the ones of 2008, and 2009. This post has been edited by Deathscythe_X1: Jan 26 2009, 18:47

yeah, this dude is incredible, check out his zelda one too, i thought for sure he was gonna take a thumb off at least. On the other note yeah, i have been doing medieval stuff for four years now. What can I say, its the only hobby where you get to hit someone in the head with a piece of steel and not get sued. It gets better too, because there is a Senior Sergeant of the police force in a brisbane based club, and i get to hit a police officer in the head with a piece of steel and know he cant arrest me. yep, although the footage with his club is still being edited, it should be up soon. You wouldn't believe the people who participate in my hobby, Doctors, lawyers, ambulance drivers, teachers, police, fire brigade, army, chemists, judges.. the list goes on, at the Annual General Meetings so much goes on that i felt if we didnt have these professionals in the wings we wouldnt have a clue how to lobby for weapons licenses and that important stuff. Otherwise the legal problems not just us swordcrazy lot, but the guys who own tanks and guns and all manner of explosives who do the world war stuff.. yeah its a big big world of re-enactment and it goes all over the globe

i started at the end of 2005, after six months of training sword and shield, i was allowed to take the field of combat. My first event was the shabbiest thing i have ever seen, dodgy orange tape and haybales in a football field, i had my middle finger on my left hand split at the middle knuckle from punching a sword without a gauntlet (not advisable even if you are a ninja). Since then the events have been great, vivid full of life and alcohol and good people, who you get to hit with swords the next day, and all limp off the field, you buy beer for those you injured wrongly, as we all train hard to avoid injury, however accidents happen. Like rule number one. Never look up. If you have an open face helm, and you look up, anything will hit your face, and head wounds bleed... a lot.. even nicks. So never look up. After four years i am getting pretty good, I have my arse handed to me by the other guys in the club, but that is to be expected, they have years on me. Yeah, I have wargamed, roleplayed, online scroll rp'ed, spent 3 years on WoW, then decided to grind life, work on my r/l gear lol, chainmail, i call it knitting for men. We make all our own gear you see, swords, armour, the lot. It makes it more authentic and historically accurate, it also helps when it breaks because you know how it went together. I could talk about my hobby for hours, i havent even got into the homebrewing of mead and other alcohols...

yep the swords are steel, but the blades have been dulled and the tips rounded to a 5 cent piece to avoid stabs, in the old days lances were still pointed slightly, after two guys got hit in the testicles and had to have surgery they brought that rule in. Mind you i have seen a quillion (the cross guard) go into someones cheek and out their bottom jaw, the dude who did it performed an illegal killer move, used in real war (you grab your sword halfway along the blade with your left hand and spin the quillion down and into your opponent). So yeah we train real hard for muscle memory and split second reaction, because with a sword all it is, is an extension of your body, so you should be able to control this with time and practice and run a sword along your opponent cleanly, as opposed to swinging like a baseball hitter and breaking ribs. Some guys still fight like that, which is why you will notice the key to KMATIO's fighting skill. Staying alive and rule number two. Why block when you don't have to be there.

There is nine up there, the rest one of the other members has to render and cut down, the holiday fighting was from 2008 school holidays, in one i am offscreen when rob drops the glave on me, you can hear it and the crowd, thats coz it hit me in the neck lol. dropped me good. In Playing around with a three segmented staff, that is ty the brown haired one (rob's son and knight) he is a two sword specialist. oh yeah, the knight system in our club is sort of unique, as the president Rob, was knighted by a knight Robert Robinson, who was knighted in england by a knight who was knighted by the queen herself. So we draw upon that heavilly, hence my four year service and my rank is Sergeant At Arms, and i probably will never be a knight because i do not display all the qualities sought of in a knight. But who knows, maybe one day..
