I could swear all benefits of karma in HV and the galleries were phased out at this point. Can anybody correct me on that?

Confirmed, had a mod level of 19 with the karma and HV boosts, and now i'm at 16.

I thought he was, but he posts on the site (besides the gallery threads) and i've seen him get in a lot of discussions about the galleries.

The only ones who might know for sure are the admins and Tenboro.

My theory is that he had a boring administrative job (As a boss, that way he wouldn't get in trouble for watching porn 24/7) and he did the gallery tag maintenance to aleviate the stress and boredom of his life, developing a severe OCD disorder and the inability to sleep until all the new galleries were properly tagged he often worked late.

One fated night the pc he was working on was struck by lighting! Trapping his mind on the site, and ever since he became:
