As far as mixing, it is once again dependent on your tastes. There is one rule of thumb though when drinkin is that to never drink hard liquor after drinking beer because you will have a massive headache later.

Why do people like to drink alcohol anyway? To me it seems so odd. Sure, I'll have a drink here or there when it's an occasion and others are doing so but I don't enjoy it really. It's not that I don't enjoy it either - it leaves me with a feeling of "meh".

I tend to like sweet things, especially in terms of drinks and alcohol will make drinks bitter. Sure, you can "mask" it, but why can't I just drink the same drink without the alcohol? It has the added bonus of giving me the ability to consume a lot of it due to it not being alcoholic.

So why do you guys like drinking alcohol? The taste to me is subpar nor are the effects anything great.
