Well, I would have agreed some weeks ago, but at some point I started using AM/PM... I don't remember if it was out of convenience or because this is an english-speaking forum... probably both.... Whatever, I got used to.... a tad too much for my taste, I must admit.

Spoken, I like to use the military version ("ninehundred" etc.) which is the quickest and still perfectly precise.... But it wouldn't make sense to apply it when writing. 1300 = 13:00...

When it gets dark out early it makes me want to hibernate and I think that's the main thing I don't like. I crawled into bed last night and it was barely 8 PM. I watched TV and then fell asleep. The nights are so black and dense this time of year.

In the summer when it gets dark out at 8 PM, I'm awake and full of energy. I look at the clock when I start feeling drowsy and it's 1 or 2 AM. Oh, time to go to bed.


My friend once lived in Alaska and it would do that dark all the time and then light all the time thing depending on the time of year. That would suck to have it dark out all day long.
