based on the EID you wanted, those are definitely equipment that comes with the "Gold", "Silver", "Bronze", "Diamond", "Emerald", "Prism", "Platinum", "Steel", "Titanium", and "Iron" prefixes.

Yep! This would also have included 'Ruby' (and 'Mithril' too, I believe), except those prefixes were stripped when Tenboro recycled them.

I would pay at least one hath for those items. It depends on the equip, I would pay extra if the item had no suffix, was adorned/trimmed, etc. This applies to items in other tiers as well.
