According to the last chapters the "killing mist" would kill any living thing at mere contact, without matter how immune they were or if they were using special suits, nor even if they were into a bunker, it would kill them, but then at the last chapter, they're sent to search for survivors in all the area infected by the mist (the list they have is for survivors of that area) How they would reach it, and even if they manage to enter again, how they would take out "normal" humans of these places? besides the toxic barrels the sisters spread across the city are blocking most of the streets.
